             THE WINE ARISES IN THE WINE - CELLAR                  AND HERE YOU TRY IT.

VINO BIANCO DI SAN LEONARDO
Our fruity dry white-wine is won from the types of wine Malvasia and Trebbiano. We fertilize the wine extensively and care for the shoots by hand. The grapes improved without any chemicall additions - apart from a little sulfur against rottennes-bacteria - in high-grade steel barrels.

VINO SANTO DI SAN LEONARDO
We produce this dry dessert-wine from the types of wine Malvasia and Trebbiano in the traditional methode, which is rarer and rarer, because it is very effortfull. The wine matures without yeast addition and without chimical additions in the chestnut-wood barrel for at least three years. With "Biscotti di Prato" he tastes particularly delicious.

ACCETO BIANCO DI SAN LEONARDO
A mother of winegar of the type of wine Sangiovese and our "Bianco" are basis for this winegar stored two years, filtered only weakly. Different herb additions from our garden give a spectasty taste-note these tasty ingredienz on request.

OLIO DI OLIVA EXTRA VERGINE DI SAN LEONARDO
We ferilize our olive-trees extensively, care for them suitably for types and reap the fruits gently with the hand. The olives of the types Frantoio and Moraiolo are washed and grinded on the today rare methode, because it is very time-expensive, with granite-stones. Then the fruits are pressed coldly and the oil is unfiltered bottled.

OLIVE CON SALE
These palatable olives are hand-gradedly and in an effortful methode, which we have developed ourself in years of tests, conserved alone with salt. With different herbs and garlic they are a grand pleasure. At a cool storage they are durable for several months.
